Cascade Head Spa maintains a strict refund policy. All services rendered are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of cosmetic and wellness services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments, unused services, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes may vary by individual.
Prepaid services, packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Retail products may be exchanged within [7/14] days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
If you experience an adverse reaction or concern related to a service, please notify Cascade Head Spa within 48 hours of your appointment so we may assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a corrective service. Corrective services, if provided, do not constitute a refund.
Cascade Head Spa reserves the right to refuse refunds, credits, or exchanges in all circumstances not required by law.
